Most of my inspections are from buyers purchasing a property who want the property inspected so they know what repairs or problems to expect.  However, I also do many existing owner inspections, who have lived in their homes for at least a few years, and just want to know what needs repair, or what areas are starting to deteriorate and need immediate attention. As a seller, an inspection is an excellent idea "BEFORE" the home is listed, so all problems can be repaired before the buyer sees the home.

My company has over 9 years of experience in the industry and has done more than 3,000 inspections, so you can rest assured you are contracting with a very experienced, professional  home inspector.   All inspections are done to FABI (Florida Association of Building Inspectors), and A.S.H.I. (American Society of Home Inspectors) standards. These organizations have the highest level of standards of any organizations in the country.  If you are going to have your home inspected, and the inspector is not a member of a reputable organization, you should seriously question their ability and professionalism.  The association provides standards that inspectors should adhere to, assuring buyers that all major systems of the home are being thoroughly and competently inspected, the reports should be detailed and easily legible  and the member inspector has educational requirements that must be adhered to on an annual basis.

I carry $2,000,000. liability.  This type insurance is carried by  few inspectors and is essential in this type of business.  When getting home inspection quotes, ask what type of insurance they carry.

A mold inspection is included as a part of all Accupro inspections, however, Sampling and Testing is also available if needed for an additional charge.  This is not always necessary, but if there is evidence of existing mold, it is highly recommended, to determine if there is any toxic or hazardous mold present. Especially if you have allergies or respiratory problems.  If excessive levels are found, remediation may be needed, which is to remove and sterilize the existing mold and prevent the spread of any additional spores throughout the home.
